Mary Vendiola

Esq. Principal

Mary founded Vendiola Law, LLC in September 2020 to pursue her passion for helping small businesses thrive and succeed, particularly in areas of dispute resolution.

Prior to starting her own practice, Mary developed the commercial litigation practice at Jackson Corporate Law, P.C. (2015-2020), and she remains Of Counsel there to maintain the practice and assist where needed. There, she successfully litigated dozens of cases and expeditiously negotiated dozens of settlements. Prior to Jackson, Mary litigated cases - including trials and administrative hearings - at Berton N. Ring, P.C. (2014-2015) where she worked as a law clerk during law school (2008-2010).

Mary’s courtroom experience began at the City of Chicago’s Legal Information, Investigations & Prosecutions Division where she prosecuted over 500 bench trials and one jury trial, and conducted daily pre-trial conferences and plea negotiations (2011-2014). Mary’s additional legal experience includes work at the Illinois Pollution Control Board (2010), Chicago Legal Clinic (2009-2010), Midwest Environmental Advocates (2010), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 5 (2008), and Amari & Locallo (2006-2008).

Mary enjoys the fast pace and unpredictability of litigating cases in Cook County. Aside from her legal work, she is an avid motorcyclist and active member of a Chicago-based women’s motorcycle riders club, food enthusiast, and kickball team captain.
